Welcome to the 2018 Summa Health Annual Report.

Like so many other healthcare organizations across the country, Summa Health saw a great deal of change last year. But with change comes an opportunity to reflect on the important role we play in the lives of our patients and our promise to always take care of those in need. Doing so ensures that we will never waver from our commitment to be an organization of strength in support of the communities we serve.

2018 was a year of great rediscovery for us. We rediscovered who we are as an organization. We are strong and can overcome any adversity that we face. We rediscovered our ability to adapt. We are nimble and built to evolve in our care and how we operate. And we rediscovered that we are humble. We learned from our mistakes of the past, and we are stronger and more successful because of it.

The accompanying videos you see here provide a small sample of the great work being done across Summa Health. They offer a glimpse of the dedicated people who take care of you and your loved ones, often during your greatest time of need. And they highlight why we are so proud to be a part of this organization and are incredibly excited for the future.
