Internal pain and sky-high blood pressure led Norma Curry to Summa Health Urology where the team identified a large solid mass in her kidney, as well as a separate mass in her adrenal gland. Through robotic laproscopic surgery, Dr. Joshua Nething was able to remove just the cancerous part of the kidney, as well the adrenal gland tumor at the same time.

Since then, Norma’s overall kidney function has been excellent. “Thanks to Dr. Nething, I’m feeling real good,” says Norma, who’s also quick to credit many others at Summa Health, from the nurses to the housekeepers, for making her experience “second to none.”
